ISS specialists have high level of expertise in the following areas of IT:

• Development of corporate Internet/Intranet systems of content management, creation of portal solutions.
• Development of IT infrastructure operation systems; organization of monitoring systems, dispatcher services operation support, enterprise IT processes management. The company has unique experience of setup of dispatcher services within large corporations with complex geographically dispersed structure based on BMC^® Remedy^® ITSM Suite.

Design and implementation of complex and distributed IT infrastructures, creation of datacenters based on virtualization technologies.

ISS Retail, CJSC was created in 2008 and is a subsidiary company of ООО "Информационные Системы и Стратегии" (hereinafter referred to as ISS). The main line of activity for the company is implementation of IT solutions at large enterprises, which work in retail area. Group of companies ISS specializes in development and integration of software systems tailored to individual demands of each customer and providing services in system integration of ITIL-based solutions.
